Site layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling various sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
